The American School of Milan combines cutting-edge facilities and Milan's rich cultural heritage to forge an unparalleled, intimate yet globally expansive Model United Nations experience. Since 2016, our mission has been to shape skilled delegates and global citizens, celebrating diversity and fostering international collaboration through engaging, multi-day conferences.

This Year's Theme

This year’s ASMMUN theme, “Navigating Change: Building Stability in an Unpredictable World,” reflects the challenges of today’s global landscape, where rapid shifts in geopolitics, climate, technology, and security demand resilient and innovative solutions. Delegates are called to confront uncertainty with diplomacy, collaboration, and critical thinking, working toward frameworks that foster long-term stability. The conference aims to empower students to engage with pressing international issues, develop actionable strategies, and embody the responsibility of building a more secure and cooperative world.
Meet this Year's Guest Speaker
In this year's Conference, we are honored to welcome Ines Rocha as our keynote speaker.

Ms. Rocha has over 20 years of experience in international development finance. Ines is a Division Director at the IFC - World Bank Group, based in Europe (Paris), overseeing all private sector investments in Central Europe, including in Ukraine, and managing IFC’s Western European offices (including Paris, London, Brussels, and Rome).
Ms. Rocha will share her extensive experience in multilateral organizations, inspiring ASMMUN delegates to listen to diverse perspectives, find common ground in debates, and celebrate the variety of experiences delegates bring to this conference. This will be crucial for navigating the changing climate of today.
